and I had cake, beers, and some other junk foods. I'm not cracking up over this because I've already lost 7kg since I started and with the helpful advice from other people on this sub, and from reading your tips, tricks, successes and failures I'm confident to say that days like yesterday are now the exception rather than the rule. Days where I consume 3000 calories are no longer happening two or three times a week, in fact my the days I've binged haven't even come close to how I used to be. Thanks to everyone in this sub who have shared their stories and advice as it's really helped me change my mindset and relationship with food.
