Okay guys I’ve been here for a while now And i just want to say that if it wasn’t for this group i probably never would have made the changes in my life
1.5 years ago i was at my heaviest weight of 280lbs feeling miserable with myself and had very bad mental health problems (mental health is still a problem but i have been doing so much better)
I was living a horrible lifestyle, i was smoking a pack a day, eating out everyday sometimes twice a day, drinking a 12 case of pepsi every day and going out drinking every weekend. I was also diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 5 and never really had it under control until now.
Over the last year i have made some major changes in my lifestyle and my quality of life has improved tremendously and have managed to get my weight from 280lbs to 192.4 lbs as of this morning
Though my quality of life has improved a lot and i still have more weight to lose i just have a question hopefully someone can help me with. Thank you in advance.
The last few months i have been constantly cold. I used to sweat in the winter time and be the guy who always had his window wide open even if it was freezing outside. I know that my body doesnt have so much fat any more to keep it as warm but will my body “adjust” to the temperature after i get down to a healthy weight were i can maintain and build muscle? Or am i going to be cold forever? Either way i would never go back to were i was. Im just curious?
