Started November last year when I decided I didn’t want to have an early grave and began CICO and dropped 15kg in the first two months and stuck there for 3 months. Decided to run a half marathon to get more exercise in and began training . Trained 3 days a week running building up from 2ks for 30 minutes and built it up to getting into 5ks. I missed the half marathon unfortunately due to pneumonia 3 months ago but getting ready for the next one in another state in January.
Diet hasn’t been the best mostly meal replacement shakes and raw veggies as well as being on duromine 40mlg (from the doctors) . The last month I’ve also stopped drinking for a fitness challenge at the gym.
Exercise routine has been one PT section a week which we go through a full body workout and then I’ll run for an hour and try get 7-8 k in as a cool down. And 2 days a week I’ll do a a kettlebell routine and back and chest routine.
Goal wait is 99kg which I’m aiming to get to by April next year. Biggest change was how easy things seemed to be now stairs walks and my mood it’s crazy the difference. I’m posting this one now because I hadn’t noticed the difference that’s changed until I saw the old photo of me from a wedding going to try take more photos as I go so I can see the difference.
