This subreddit helped me out so much, the least I could do is say thank you back. I was upset with myself, and I needed to change my life, so on my 16th birthday, I decided to change the way I live. I started dieting at first, because eating is a habit. I was eating 4 good meals a day, I needed to change. I started having two, and it was a lifesaver. Eat a nice lunch, and I had Chipotle everyday. You may think that's crazy, but it wasn't. Brown Rice, Double Black Beans, Chicken, Hot Salsa, Lettuce, it is amazing, trust me. At dinner, apples or banana, just pick between your favorite fruit. At night, I just played basketball everyday and although I was never one who lifted weights, I just started and although I can't see process, loosing weight was even slower, so I need to be patient. If you suck at basketball like I do, be the team player, run around set picks, jump for everyplay, make the effort to push yourself. I went from 275+ to 175 and although I hope I will eventually be "normal" I am satisfied with my passion to lose weight but I won't stop!
