I’m ridiculously addicted to sugar

And I absolutely hate it, I’m so tired of it. I feel like chocolate and sugar and soda rule my life. I used to be a very happy 5’4” and 120-130 lbs and now I’m around 160 (honestly I don’t even weigh myself anymore because it’s depressing) I know it’s not a huge amount that I’ve gained but I feel like it’s small enough to be curbed and gotten rid of. I have a gym membership but I hardly go, and when I do I feel like all my work goes to waste because of what I eat. I like to get fast food sometimes but my main addiction is sugar. Candy, soda, baked goods, you name it. And I’m a stress eater. I miss my old body and having a jawline (all my fat goes to my face and tummy so I look like a chubby lollipop) Any advice/suggestions would be great.
