I’ve lost 10.3lbs since 9/10 (from 186.9lbs to 176.6lbs). I feel so much healthier, and I can literally feel some of my fat going away!
I’ve been tracking every calorie in My Fitness Pal and I’ve been making more intentional decisions with my meals. I don’t have a kitchen where I’m living currently, and in result we’ve spent the last year or so eating out at fast food restaurants, etc.
We do, however, have a mini fridge with a freezer. And I don’t know why I didn’t think of this earlier, but over the last month or so I started buying pre-made portion-friendly meals like Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice. It has made a WORLD of difference.
They have such a variety of meals that range anywhere from 160-450 calories each. It’s so perfect for me to limit my portions and reach my calorie goals.
I also started using the stair machine at the gym and GOODNESS it’s painful. But it works so many muscles, and it gets you sweating, fast.
Anyway, I’m just so excited! Thank you so much for all of the support in this group. I love that we’re all in this together. Hopefully my little newly found hacks help someone. π
Edit: those meals also save us money, too! Very budget friendly at around $2.50 a meal. So we’ve been saving money while I’ve been losing weight!
