I weighed myself today.

On September 24th, 2018, I woke up at 5am to go to the gym. The prior night, I had my favorite food of all time, Shake Shack, knowing it would be the last for a long time. I weighed in at 301 that morning at the gym. 52 days, a lot of home cooking with fruits and vegetables and a whole lot of exercise, I weighed in at 273.3 this morning. I feel fantastic and am so excited to continue on this journey.

I know a lot of people who are going the opposite way and who are gaining instead of losing, so I don’t feel I can share this news with a lot of people I know in “real life.”

I just wanted to share it here.
