I just wanted to share...

I decided in July I wanted to lose weight. I have been overweight in varying degrees since I was a child - I am 34 now. My father is 466 lbs at 65 years old and I deceided that am not going to follow in his foot steps. I started at about 270 and as of this morning I am 228.8 lbs. I use a daily calorie budget along with several ZenLabs (like C25K) apps to accomplish that.

I have learned slowly I need to change my relationship with food. I would eat my feelings or I would eat because I am bored. Now I make sure to eat because I need to. I still enjoy a good meal but I find other ways to deal with stress besides food.
