And it sucks!
I hate running, but I also hate how out of shape I am.
I have been uncomfortable with my weight for as long as I can remember. This year I officially finished my basic studies and moved away from a toxic enviorment. This means I've been happier than ever and my years long depression are calming down. I finally have that ekstra energy and free time in my day to work out a bit. But I hate it. There are nothing more boring and mundane than running. I don't own a bike here and I don't really have the money to join a gym.
Never the less I am happy that I finally took the first step to loose some of the nightmareish belly fat.
I havn't done any sports the past four years and I haven't steped up on a scale since I was in 6th grade either.
A short run like the one today probably didn't do anything in hte big picture, but I just wanted to share my small victory with you guys :)
