I used to be a smoker. I would smoke a cigarette every time I was bored or thought I was hungry.
Then I stopped smoking, and had nothing to stop me from eating. I started vaping, so I wouldn't start smoking because of the nicotine cravings.
But it did nothing to stop me from eating.
And I've been eating ever since.
It's like I just keep putting food in my mouth.
I've tried knitting, crocheting, fidget spinner, reading, going for a walk, using my e-cigaret, playing video games, playing with my cat, doing puzzles and several other things.
But I just want to eat. ALL THE TIME.
Please help me stop. I'll take any advice, personal stories, anecdotes, whatever bone you have for me.
I'm so tired of this, but I don't know how to stop.
