Exercise before Thanksgiving dinner?

Hey, I'm curious how people are approaching Thanksgiving. Exercise revs up my appetite, which I'm sure is a pretty common phenomenon. On the other hand, it burns calories and improves the way your body processes calories, especially carbs. For example, if you lift before the big meal, more of those extra calories will go towards building muscle as opposed to creating fat. On the other other hand, if I don't exercise strenuously, I don't generally get hungry during the day until I start eating. So I can either exercise and improve how my body deals with the Thanksgiving calories but probably end up eating more both at Thanksgiving dinner and before to tide me over until Thanksgiving dinner, or I can fast all day until Thanksgiving dinner and end up consuming fewer calories over the course of the day, but not really being able to use the extra calories to building a bit of muscle. Any thoughts? What do you plan to do exercise-wise and food-wise Thanksgiving morning and afternoon?
