Day 1

Today is day 1. I’ve been struggling with my weight my entire life, for as long as I can remember. When I was young, I had an obsession with being thin, and would starve myself and overexercise to lose weight. Now, I binge eat to emotionally cope with things. No more. I don’t care about being thin, I want to be healthy. I want a healthy bmi and body weight. I want to increase my longevity and live a happy life. I’ve been looking through r/loseit and I think I have the confidence to come forward on here about my life. Now’s the time to make a change.
