Counting calories really opened my eyes to how much I was overeating. What are some of your low cal meals for lunch that you frequent (no cooking preferred)?

I’ve been using the LoseIt app for about a week now. My starting weight was 230 (204.5 previous to this week), I’m at 198.5 now at 5’9” and I’m male.

HOLY COW HAVE I BEEN OVEREATING.

I thought I was doing pretty well with my portions and intake— I can’t believe how little food is required for me. I’m fine with the amount, I’m not hungry but I’m now not surprised why I’m overweight.

For instance, who knew a ham and cheese sandwich with mustard was 600 calories?

I went to lunch with my sister today at Mellow Mushroom and had half a sandwich, side salad and some hummus and it was 1400 calories. There goes my day.

So, that being said, what are some easy no-cook meals that you prepare for lunch? I have time to cook dinner but not lunch and I’m not a food prepper type.
