Something I recently started trying was eating 6 smaller meals a day. And honestly if you're a habitual snacker this is such a good method to start with.
I've always been someone who, after I've finished a meal, is basically just waiting for the next one. I'm very food oriented so I eventually get fed up of waiting and just snack on something.
I'm aware cooking 6 meals a day isn't super feasible for most people, it definitely isn't for me, but it's something I like to try keep up with on the weekends. And honestly it's not too bad! I can have two breakfasts, two lunches, two dinners! And a plus is because I'm trying to keep my meals to 200 calories or under, I'm really restricted in what bad stuff I eat. I can't just have a slice of chocolate cake because that's over 200 calories!
I'd recommend giving it a go a couple times a week, it's pretty easy to keep under your calorie goal and can really help reset you if you've fallen off a bit
