Anyone else get REALLY picky about their cheat foods? My family wants pizza for dinner tomorrow, but it’s Pizza Hut which isn’t my favorite pizza place, and with fast food it’s always a hit or miss on whether it’ll be at the right temperature or have all the flavors that you want.
Old me would’ve eaten it just because it’s god damn pizza and I love pizza, but now I truly have to think about it, look up the calories on MFP and decide food that is sub par is just not worth the calories, or the cheat day even when it’s right in front of me and free. I’ll stick to my meal prepped beef and vegetable soup!
