I'm a 29 year old female, 5'9", had a baby in July of 2017
Between July 2017 and July 2018 I lost 120 lbs by following a super strict Keto diet. Of course I look back on pics of me at 280 lbs and think "Jeesh! I was a blimp!" But I think the greatest "progress" pics have been from 5 months ago (190 lbs) and today (160 lbs)
I haven't been working out at all (other than the occasional rollerblading) I've just been watching what I eat, drinking 128oz of water a day, sleeping 8+ hours a night and getting rid of toxic relationships in my life.
