2B Mindset - It's working for me.... down 18 lbs. since September 30!

So I finally did it. I finally committed to start losing the weight. At 5'3 I have had to cut my calorie intake drastically. I am following the 2B mindset ---- water first, veggies most, weigh-in daily, and track what you eat. That's it. No exercise. Just watching the videos with the program have put me in a whole different mindset with losing weight. I am not deprived. I am full and satisfied... and bonus - I now know how my body uses nutrition to fuel itself throughout the day. I am so excited my husband has been going nuts over how good I look. He told me today it looks like I just got ten years back lol and said I'm starting to look like my young girl self again... amazing how old extra weight can make you look! My mom and dad noticed too and my 98 lbs soaking weight Mother in Law cornered me yesterday and said - what are you doing?? You look fantastic! I said Im just using common sense - drink water, eat mostly veggies, weigh in daily. Again today got some compliments... this is wonderful. I can't see a difference yet but everyone else seems to! WOO!! I'm keep going!! I can't believe how much food I used to eat on the daily.

Wow. Now I wake up and have:

At least 100oz. of water daily....

Breakfast: 2 slices of low cal Schmidt bread with 1 egg cooked and some strawberry jam

Lunch: Coffee coffee coffee coffee with cream no sugar big salad with dressing, protein

Dinner: a ton of broccoli with a small amount of melted cheese and bit of salt... some protein...

After dinner - NOPE NOPE NOPPITY NOPE!!!! Keep two hands "on the wheel" = hold that hot mug of decaf tea and savor that... I drink the tea plain with a little milk... if I want a savory treat I drink decaf tea with a little soy sauce....

DONE.

Down 18 lbs. in less than 2 months....
